This product does **not** claim Odoo compatibility, data import parity, or feature equivalence. The Codester item title and description must not imply that this is Odoo, an Odoo edition, an Odoo module, or an “Odoo clone.”

Any similarity in workspace concepts (multi-app ERP modules, CRM, inventory, etc.) reflects common business-software patterns. The product is a separate Laravel codebase with its own UI, data model, and licensing.

**Naming:** The commercial product name is **MetaSoul ERP**. Do not market, screenshot, or list this item under “MetaSoul,” “Odoo,” or any confusingly similar title.

## Third-party brands

Names of payment providers, marketplaces, and services (Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.) are used only to describe optional integrations. Those brands remain the property of their respective owners.

## Demo Mode features

Some connectors (for example Phone/VoIP, IoT hardware actions, WhatsApp credential sync, bank OAuth) may operate in **Demo Mode**. See the feature matrix provided with the item description — do not treat Demo Mode surfaces as live production integrations unless you configure real credentials and the documentation states full support.
